Welcome to the Circle of Friends Blog Hop If you have arrived from Crissy's blog you are in the right place, if not you may want to start at Crystal's Blog so you don't miss anything along the way.
Our Circle of Friends hop is to show our dear friend Annika Ryan that her Whimsy Family is here for her during this difficult time. Everyone needs a circle of friends, and sometimes, during those hard moments, you need to be placed in the center of that circle and be given a big group hug. Though we may be miles away, our hearts are with her along with our support.
Today we all have made her a creation to show her how much we care, Please hop along with us to Support our Wonderful Teammate and Friend Annika.
Here is the creation I made for my dear friend and dt sister.......
This is a sweet little Penny Black stamp that I've used, coloured in distress inks, the papers are basic grey. I added in a splash o' Whimsy with this clever ticket sentiment by Raindrop Echo Designs. I'm going to join in with The Penny Black Saturday Challenge as I used their sketch, and also with Basic Grey Challenges, which is a Flower Power theme!! So then, I guess it goes without saying that my papers are by BG...
Annika, sweetie, you are a slice of heaven!! Your spirit is as sweet as a whiff of lilacs on a whimsical spring day and your creativity is the kind that I dream one day I can do for myself!! My heart goes out to you, my friend!! Big hugs!!!
If you know Annika and would like to make a creation for her please go to the end of the hop (Denise's Blog) and link a card, then email Crystal at email@example.com to privately give you her address.
This hop will end on February 5, noon Eastern time so you have enough time to create a card for friend!!
Thanks so much for hopping along with us today!!! Your next stop on the hop is Anneke's blog

I hope this weekend has brought you lots of time to play with your stampy stamps!! I have gotten some crafting in, not as much as I would have liked, but still, certainly better than none!! I have a lovely Tilda creation to share, it is sort of a "concept card" in that I haven't out and out said Happy Valentines Day, but hope we all still get the idea by the use of that super awesome Calendar Stamp by Raindrop Echo Designs for Whimsy Stamps!!
Tilda is coloured in distress inks, of course, and the papers are (dots) October Afternoon and (stripes) Graphic 45, and the little strip of heart paper is Pink Paislee, I have used some cardboard along with some lovely ribbons and flowers and brads from my ever-growing stash.
And a little bit more information on the Calendar Stamp, it comes with all 12 months that are perfectly proportioned to the main image, and the corner blocks are blank so that you can add the numbers as needed as the month goes on. A very handy image indeed!! For cards and little calendar altered crafts too!!
CharismaCardz Magic Numbers!! (on calendar)
Colour Create Pink, Blue, Grey and white (plus flowers and gems)
Just Magnolia Donalda's Sketch (used calendar as sentiment)
Magnolia Down Under Recycling (cardboard and the same ribbon combo I've had snippets of for weeks!!)
Stamp Something Cute Somethings (enough said)
Magnolia-Licious Calendar project
Thanks for popping by my blog today!!
Have a wonderful week!!

Whiff of Joy have so generoulsy donated these two cuties for the prize:
So PLEASE DO head on over to our challenge blog, sign up as a follower and partake in our Anything Goes challenge, well, anything with an animal, we should add!!
I've selected an adorable image by Penny Johnson for Stampavie called Bird and Bear, I've coloured in distress inks, added in a Magnolia border because I keep breaking my Martha Stewart doily punch so I had to change staples, I included a sentiment stamp, plus the shape and die cut made exclusively for Tickled Pink Stamps, and you can find our sentiment selection here!!
I've got a few challenges I'd like to pop this in at:
ASFOSBlue and Green
Bearly Mine Challenges A recipe, 2 papers, 3 flowers, 1 image. Is a sentiment an image? Not sure...
Crafty CreationsIt's a Bird Thing, with polka dots and green
Fussy and Fancy Mindy's Sketch
I hope you all are in for a nice, relaxing weekend!! And I hope I get one too, lol!!I got some new rubber in my hands that I am practically keeling over to play with, think I'm gonna call in sick and just paint the night away!! Yeah right, a girl can dream though, right?

how have things been going out there in the Blogosphere?
I have been unbelievably busy with boring life-type stuff lately,
so cards have been slow-going, however,
nearly a week goes by and here I am with a new post!!
Today, I share with you the gorgeous Devilish Donna rubber stamp designed by Kenny K and sold at Whimsy Stamps, along with a charming coordinating digital sentiment by Raindrop Echo Designs from the Fast Lane set.
Here's a little close-up of this spicey dish for ya!! Coloured with distress inks, as per the usual, with a little bit of Prisma pencil for shading and spica pen for glimmering hair.
I am fighting with my inner voice right now, those corners look so nakee, like I need to pop a pile of pearls on there or something!!
I'm going to enter this at Sketch Saturday.
Alright my friends, thanks for popping in!!
I hope the weather is good where you're at, not so much over here....
I am ready for spring, a long, long spring....

This week we have an easy one for ya, our challenge is set around the theme of "I (heart) you." So something lovey dovey will do!! Don't have any love stamps from TPS? Well, that is okay, you can either use older stamps coloured in lovey dovey pinks and reds, or hop over to Tickled Pink Stamps and get you a digi or two, instant downloads make for quite the delight!!
Also, all of our January releases are in store now, so the new Cherries, the new Lilith and Luca, and the outstandingly versatile sentiments and die are all available for purchase!! And right now, Kellie is having a sale with 10-15% off all rubber stamps in store, so hey hey, you may want to stop by and see if there's something you "Need" lol!!
I have used the newly released Valentine's Luca Hottie McHotPants, he's coloured in pencils and shadowed with markers. The distress inking was done in Vintage Photo.
Cool shape there, huh? It is part of the newly released sentiment set designed for TPS by Ann Vento, you can find it in stock and on sale HERE. These are really neat, they can be used with the shape or alone, they are great either way, and the die cut is just icing on an already delightful cake!! I played with the sketch at Friday Sketchers.
Okay, gotta go to bed, can't see straight anymore, neeeeeeeed sllllleeeeeeeeeeppppp

gosh, it has been a while since I played with a sweet, sweet Tilda stamp,
and a very dear friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday and I bought this darling Maggie (and other goodies, lol) with it and I could hardly wait to colour her up!!
In Magnolia-related news, Tickled Pink Stamps has the new You Are So Special collection on pre-order, get them while you can, you know how those Maggies fly off the shelves!!!
So, we have established that I used a sweet and lovely Magnolia stamp (coloured with distress inks), but I also used a background stamp designed by Raindrop Echo called Life Defined and you can find it in stock at Whimsy Stamps!!!, as well as these snazzy Ticket Sentiments.
The butterflies are a MS punch and the stamped butterflies are a part of a Hampton Art image. The DP is Graphic 45 and I used my cuttlebug for all my shapes and scallops. The cute little heart brads were a present from a dear friend and they are manufactured by Recollections, glitter used is Diamond Stickles.
At Cupcake Craft Challenge they want to see something new, and I have taken it in the context of stash. New die cuts, new Maggie, new background stamp, new ribbon.
At Just Magnolia anything (with buttons) goes!!
I got this gorgeous sketch from Karen at Magnolia Down Under
Thanks so much for stopping by today/night!!
I get confused when there are blog hops and releases going on,
I lose track of who stopped by so I will just thank everyone for now,
and plan on getting some catch-up time on blogger this weekend
(I took a day off and have good intentions, let's see how it really plays out, lol!!)
Til next time!!
