Happy Halloween!!

Hello out there!! It's been so long, I'm not sure I remember how to do this. I'm averaging a whole 1 card a year these days, so here it is, I used this cute rubber stamp sold by Whimsy Stamps, created by Sylvia Zet. It's colered with prismacolor pencils on watercolor paper.
