Creative Inspirations Brown, Blue and Green!!

Hello dear friends,
I am running behind with the post,
but here is my project for this weeks
CREATIVE INSPIRATIONS
this week and we have a good one for you, COLOURS!!
BROWN, GREEN and BLUE!!

Dear Edwin and his, eh hem, rooster... Edwin is sitting on an apple bucket, and I've used the chickies accesory stamp, painted with distress inks. My delightful paper is MIA, so I used regular cardstock and wow, what an experience... The DP is K & Company and the cardstock is Bazzill, Kraft and Guacamole, my faves!! Does that top corner look naked? Eh, too late to worry about that!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter Weekend, I'd love to hear what you did, if you'd like to humour me and leave it in a comment here, especially you ladies with young kiddos or young grandbabies, any funny stories? My kids had fun hunting for eggs, then rehiding them, again and again and again and again. Saturday night, my son and I were walking into our house and there was a bunny outside sleeping, and he excitedly exclaimed, "It's the Eastew Bunny!!" Too cute.

I've been a no-show lately, wanna know why? I bought a house. Yay yay yay!! Now I am in the process of packing and cleaning and cleaning and scrubbing, and running after my toddler and cooking and working and cleaning and cleaning and woops, while I was typing this my toddler ran out the front door again and cleaning and cleaning and... My hubster and I will do the actual moving this weekend, and then I have to go back to my apartment and clean it up before I turn in the keys. Yes, I will clean it, most people say just leave it, not me. I'll be haunted by it, gotta be spotless. Yes, OCD, for anyone thinking it, lol.

So wish me luck. I am trying to find a way to keep my blog fun while I am out of commision through the next couple of weeks, maybe a candy? A wacky story or two?
Take Care Friends,
Stephanne

Stephanne! You totally ROCK on the guy cards!!! Well, ALL of your cards totally ROCK! lol! But if I were to make a guy card, uh, it would look like ... maybe it belonged in the dump bin?! Your coloring is absolutely FANTABULOUS love!!! Truly stunning beyond words!! Can't say enough about it! And alright, now I feel more comfortable adding flowers onto a male card ... since wonderful YOU did it, it makes me feel like it's quite ALRIGHT!!! :)

Okay, where do you find the time to make a card in between moving, cleaning, unpacking, cleaning, cleaning, chasing after young ones, cleaning, cooking .... lol! I am soooo happy that your house is finally here! Yayyyy! I know it's going to be a home filled with tons of fun laughter and love! :) And with you in there ... tons of outbursting giggles! Your son is just too cute with the "Easter Bunny!" LOL! Aren't they just so darn funny sometimes?!

I will talk to you soon love! :)
Love,
Elise

Stephanne - you are like me.....I actually enlisted friends when I moving house to help me clean it thoroughly, I hate the thought of someone moving in to dirt of ours! Shame everyone's not like that....the things I found when I moved into my house were quite scarey. Anyway I am digressing.....
Your card is glorious , fab colouring and so perfect for now - just spot on! Cheers Claire x

Wow hun you make these male cards look fabulous, love this one, beautifully coloured, everything is perfect.
Good luck with the move, and as for the cleaning OCD I can relate to that one lol. I was the idiot who was up most of the night before having my kitchen ripped out cleaning everything so it would be spotless for the workmen, mad I know lol.
Have a fab weekend hun and enjoy your new home

Hi Stephanne,
A wonderful card as always and some very exciting news about you buying a house! Moving takes over your life for several weeks before and after (even months). We feel like we are still settling in and we moved three going on four months ago. I wish you the best of luck and hope you have as little stress as possible.
